I have a number of chronic medical conditions, most of which affect my ability to sleep. I have herniated disks in my back as well as sciatica, scoliosis, and restless legs - not to mention tendonitis in both of my legs. These conditions really make it hard for me to find a comfortable position. This pillow is great because I can use it to separate my legs when I sleep on my side or elevate my knee when I sleep on my back, which helps with my back and leg pain. This is really important for me, because when my knees touch, they cause intense pain. This memory foam pillow is very comfortable and provides great support; it is also very soft and plush. I also love that the cover is removable and washes well and easily. Overall, I am quite pleased with this find and I recommend it!
