My mom and I have been doing yoga for years and while we have mats that we have been using, mine has gotten rather tattered, so I was very pleased when I found this one. It is super soft and very comfortable, has a non-slip back and is made from 100% natural rubber; it is also biodegradable and contains no toxic chemicals. I really like the blue color and found that it is very easy to clean too; you just need to spray it with something and wipe it down. This is also a product that you can also feel ethically good about using; the manufacturer plants one tree for each mat they sell. I like to support socially responsible companies whenever I can. Overall, we are both very happy with this product and I highly recommend it.
