As someone who has a number of chronic medical conditions, I take A LOT of supplements and I’m very careful about which ones I choose. I think that everyone has heard of the fantastic benefits of taking Omega 3 supplements. I personally take them because I am immune deficient and my doctors tell me that Omega 3 can help with that. My parents and in-laws also take Omega supplements, so I am always buying these and have found that quality can vary by quite a lot. I felt comfortable trying these because I had recently tried Vitamin E supplements from the same brand and was very happy with those. I was very pleased to say that I really liked this particular Omega product.
One common complaint that most people have about Omega 3 fish oil supplements is that they often have a “fishy” aftertaste. I have taken supplements where this aftertaste was so strong that it literally made me sick, but these gels have no aftertaste and were easy to swallow. I also like that these have such high amounts of EPA and DHA per serving. Overall, I think that this is a quality product that is priced very reasonably and we are very happy with it.
