I have a number of chronic medical conditions, most of which affect my ability to sleep. I have herniated disks in my back as well as scoliosis and restless legs. These conditions really make it hard for me to find a comfortable position. I first became interested in maternity or pregnancy pillows during my most recent pregnancy; I found one that did help me sleep better, but it still wasn't perfect. I was interested when I came across this pregnancy pillow online because of its unique "U" shape. This maternity pillow is great because you can basically use it with just about any position. This is really important for me because I don't sleep in one position. The pillow is very comfortable and provides great support for my head, back, neck, shoulders, legs, etc. - just about my entire body. It is made of 100% polyester fiberfill and is cute; one side is blue while the other is pink. The pillow is also nicely breathable, which was nice because I tend to sweat a lot and have hot flashes at night, and this keeps me cool while I am sleeping. I also love that the cover is removable and washes well by machine or hand. Overall, I am quite pleased with this find and I recommend it!
