These tongs are genius. I have been using rather cheap steel & plastic tongs from dollar stores, but they keep breaking on me and I know that plastic tongs can be unhealthy as they can retain food particles and bacteria. As a result, I was very excited to try these silicone and stainless steel tongs! I feel confident and happy about my family using them since I know that they are 100% food grade silicone. I love the grip of these tongs; I have used them to serve salad at two dinner parties recently and they work great. They are super easy to use and clean (dishwasher safe). I also like the color as I like this shade of green and these tongs stick out among my mostly black and stainless steel utensils. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and think that it's an excellent value. I highly recommend it!
