Money Maze Review
We have been trying to teach our eldest son about the value of money. He gets a small allowance, which he can supplement by doing extra chores. He also gets the occasional bonus from his aunts, uncles or grandparents. He always puts his money in his piggy bank, but with that bank, he just has to pop the little rubber stopper in the bottom to get money out... which he often does to buy candy, play an arcade game, etc. When we saw this online, we thought that it would be a great way to slow him down a bit. Basically, we told him that this way, he has some extra time to reconsider before taking anything out. It seems to be working as he hasn't gotten the money out yet (he hasn't tried yet as he is "saving" the maze). I do think that the instructions could be better, but it's not all that hard to figure out. I also like that there are different colors and difficulty levels for you to choose from. Overall, I think that this is a great and fun idea and I highly recommend it.
