I love to take long showers at night; it helps me loosen my muscles and get a good night’s sleep. I also really like to exfoliate, but sometimes this dries out my skin too much. The body mitt works great and is very gentle on your skin. After a few weeks of using this, I can tell that it is really helping with my stretch marks and ingrown hairs. Even after one use, my skin felt so much softer and smoother. I really like the face mitt as well; it is even gentler on your skin.
