I have wanted to learn to make sushi (or rolls rather) for as long as I remember. I grew up eating rolls like these, so I had gotten myself a similar set last year, but my sister saw it and really wanted one. I searched around online and was happy when I found this set for her as it literally has everything you need - even a sushi chef knife! It did take me a bit to get the hang of using the molds, but it wasn't too hard to do. I had a lot of fun with this kit and the rolls came out pretty good. The rolls I made had far better shapes than the rolls that I have made without them. They also don't burst apart because the molds help me roll them tightly so that they don't burst. I am going to use the heart shaped set next! This 11-piece set includes molds for round, triangular, and square rolls too. I also like that these are FDA- approved as I feel more comfortable using them. The molds are dishwasher safe, but I also found that they are very easy to clean by hand. I'm actually tempted to keep this one for myself and get her another one. This would make a great gift idea. Overall, I think that this is an excellent, high quality product and I highly recommend it.
