As someone who has a number of chronic medical conditions, I take A LOT of supplements and I’m very careful about which ones I take or give to my family. This is a great natural USDA Organic multivitamin for kids. It has Vitamin C, B3, B5, B6, B12, Biotin, Folic acid, Zinc and Beta-carotene and doesn't include any gluten or sugar. This is important to me as one of our kids can't have gluten at all. Best of all, the kids seem to love the fruit taste. There are three flavors: orange, pineapple and strawberry. Our sons seem to like the pineapple best while our daughters are split between the other two flavors.This company makes other types of vitamin gummies; our youngest son really likes the Vitamin C variety, so we get those as well. I'm just grateful that I don't have to beg or force them to take these! In fact, we have to keep these on a high shelf as two of our kids seem to think that they are candy. Overall, I think that this is a high quality product that is priced very reasonably and we are very happy with it.
