I have a number of chronic medical conditions, most of which affect my ability to sleep. I have herniated disks in my back as well as scoliosis and restless legs. These conditions really make it hard for me to find a comfortable position. This pillow is great because I can use it to separate my legs when I sleep on my side, which helps with my back and leg pain. This is really important for me, because when my knees touch, they cause intense pain. This memory foam pillow is very comfortable and provides great support. I also love that the cover is removable and washes well. Overall, I am quite pleased with this find and I recommend it!
