With a household of eight people, I feel like I am always cooking and I often look for tools or utensils that can make cooking meals easier for me. I always knew, in theory, that cookware is important but I never realized how important until I upgraded to a new set last year. Since then, I have been slowly replacing all of our outdated cookware but there are just so many different choices and brands out there that the process can be daunting. I prefer to buy single pieces so that I can see if I really like something instead of splurging on a full set that I'm not sure about. This is a wonderful stir fry pan that I have been using at least once a week. It is induction ready and had stainless steel handles, teflon coating, and is PFOA free. It cooks evenly and has a good weight to it, without being too heavy. I personally think that my favorite aspects are how easy it is to clean this pan and how evenly it cooks. I also really like the fact that it comes with a glass cover; I strongly prefer glass covers as I like being able to see the contents. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and think that it’s an excellent value. I highly recommend it!
