We have been working on setting up a home gym in our basement so that I can exercise at home since my health issues keep me from going out often. One thing I knew that I definitely wanted for our home gym was these foam floor mats. I want to keep our nice floors protected from the equipment and from all of the movement. I also thought that they would be helpful for me as I still get dizzy spells and fall occasionally. I really like these Norsk foam tiles. They are nice and thick, yet lightweight and so easy to assemble. I like that they are truly reversible. Right now, we are using them with the blue side facing up. They interlock well and are made of recycled materials. Each pack includes 4 tiles, 8 straight-edge pieces, and covers 16 square feet. Overall, I really like this product; it’s clearly well made and is priced very competitively. I highly recommend it.
