My niece loves to swim and when I saw this product online, I thought that it would be the perfect gift for her. She is on her school's swim team and can use this set for her swim meets. This set includes earplugs, nose clips, a swimming cap, swimming goggles, and a pouch to keep and carry everything in. The goggles have a strap and nose pieces that are easy to adjust and very comfortable. They are easy to see through and very effective. The cap and other pieces are also very well made. Overall, I’m very pleased with this find and think it's a great buy. I am going to get another one to give to my friend's daughter as she is also an avid swimmer.
