As someone who has a number of chronic medical conditions, I take A LOT of supplements and I’m very careful about which ones I take or give to my family. This is a great natural multivitamin for kids. It has Vitamin C, B3, B5, B6, B12, Biotin, Folic acid, Zinc and Beta-carotene and doesn't include any gluten or sugar. This is important to me as one of our kids can't have gluten at all. Best of all, the kids seem to love the fruit taste. I don't have to beg or force them to take these! Overall, I think that this is a high quality product that is priced very reasonably and we are very happy with it.
