My husband is quite a computer geek; he has a background in IT and loves gadgets. He has been wanting to get an HDMI wireless streaming media player like this one so that we could stream media from our phones or tablets to our TV or projector. I have a lot of other products from this manufacturer and I have always been please by the quality and value of their products. I have to confess that while I was satisfied with the shipping time, packaging and compact design of this product, I have not been able to use it yet.
The manual was difficult to follow and the website listed there did not load. This device requires you to install an app in order to use it and despite following the directions or registering multiple times, we were unable to get it to work with any of our iPhone or Android devices. I have reached out to the manufacturer for assistance and will provide an update once I hear back from their customer service team. Stay tuned!
