I totally love this salad spinner. We have a smaller one, but I wanted a larger one and this one is perfect. It is so easy to use - even with one hand. I tear up my lettuce, slice carrots, onions, etc. and stick them in the spinner, add water, and turn the knob to spin. I then empty the water and spin a little more after removing the water as that helps to dry your salad ingredients so they aren’t all wet when you take them out. We have used this spinner every day for weeks now and it works beautifully. The spinner is also super easy to clean by hand (which is how I prefer to do it), and the cook book that is included has great salad recipes too. Overall, I think that this is a quality product that is priced very reasonably and we are very happy with it. I highly recommend this product!
