My hair is naturally slightly curly and it tends to get damaged very easily. I usually use flat irons and get Keratin straightening treatments every few months, but I really wanted to try these brush straighteners because they look so easy to use. This brush hair straightener was super simple to operate and is comfortable to grip. The bristles didn't tug or hurt my hair. However, I did find that I needed to do small sections of hair slowly to get it to work. I also found that parts that were particularly wavy didn't get a whole lot straighter. I still think that this is a great brush (very affordably priced) that I can use to tide me over between professional straightening treatments.
