I have a number of chronic medical conditions, most of which affect my ability to sleep. I have herniated disks in my back as well as scoliosis and restless legs. These conditions really make it hard for me to find a comfortable position. This pillow is great because I can use it for my neck or to elevate my legs, which helps. It is made of 100% natural latex; I love latex pillows because they are so comfortable. I also like that this pillow is anti-dust, mite and bacteria. The pillowcase is also included as a very nice touch. Overall, I am quite pleased with this find and I highly recommend it!
