I have written about this a few times, but I have a number of chronic medical conditions, most of
which affect my ability to sleep. My doctor suggested that I find a good
sleep
mask, and I have tried quite a few during the past few months, but I
wanted one that was even softer and that blocked more light, so I was
ready and willing to try this product. I have been
using it for a couple of weeks now and I like it very much.
The sleep mask fits nicely, without feeling too tight or cumbersome, and it is super light and very easy to adjust. This sleep mask is made of Copper Ion fabric, which "stimulates collagen production and activates important anti-oxidant enzymes to improve elasticity and reduce fine lines and wrinkles." I really like the packaging; it comes in a very nice gift box and also includes a little plastic carrying pouch. I also like the ear plugs that come with the mask. This mask has really helped me a lot; I do find myself sleeping much better with it as it keeps the light out completely.Overall, I think that this is an excellent mask at a great price and I highly recommend it!
