This is a very nice mattress protector. Crib sheets and mattresses often get dirty and you can’t really go out and get a new one or clean the mattress as well as you’d like to every time this happens. As a result, I was delighted to find this bamboo terry mattress protector from Hello Baby. It’s a standard size for crib mattresses and protects the mattress (and by extension, your baby) from stains, mold, bacteria and dust mites. Most importantly, for us anyway, was the fact that it’s made of hypoallergenic and antibacterial material and is non-toxic, BPA, lead, flame retardant and latex free, so I feel good about using it for our child. Our youngest has actually made a few messes since we started using it and it did an excellent job of protecting the mattress (let’s just say that it is really 100% waterproof) and I was very happy that it was machine washable. Overall, I’m totally satisfied with this product and highly recommend it.
