This kit has everything any lady needs to be prepared for her period. There are two natural pads with wings, a natural panty liner, two disposal bags, and one feminine wipe. In short, it has everything I need in case of an Aunt Flow emergency; I just have to remember to restock the kit whenever I use something. My niece recently got her period for the first time, so I think that this will be a great gift for her too. It's so cute and pretty; I love the packaging.
