My doctor recommended that I get a pulse oximeter, but she didn’t give me a lot of information on what they are for. I learned from the Internet that they are used to check pulse rates and blood oxygen saturation levels. Fortunately, the Volmate Fingertip Pulse Oximeter was surprisingly easy to use.
This oximeter comes with a nice case with a velcro flap. I was also pleasantly surprised that the AAA batteries required were included. The screen is easy to read and the oximeter is very compact. It is also sturdy and well made at the same time. The auto shut-off function is an added bonus. I find this oximeter to be very reasonably priced on Amazon, so I think that it’s a great choice overall.
