I was very excited when I found this because I have heard a lot about the benefits of using these facial sponges from my friends in Japan and Korea. Made from the root of the konjac plant, these sponges can be used to get rid of dirt, oil, and blackheads invading your skin. Konjac sponges naturally absorb a lot of water and feel like thick pieces of squishy felt and are much softer than loofah sponges.
As I have said many times in the past, I have super sensitive skin, so I am very picky about what products I use. I felt good about using this product because it’s 100% natural, chemical free and biodegradable.
After using this for a few days, I found that my skin felt very soft and smooth, and it was easier and smoother to apply make-up. It has also helped with my acne. I’m happy to report that I like it very much and that using this has become part of my makeup routine.
