I have written about this quite a few times on my old blog, but I have a lot of medical issues. I have problems with my hormones, immune system and kidney. As a result, my doctors have me check my pH levels often. These strips make the process super easy and convenient. There are 100 strips in the box and the case makes them easy to travel with or take to work. The numbers on the scale of PH range from 0 to 14; healthy numbers are considered to fall between 6.8 and 7.4. You just need to put the strip in your urine or saliva for 15 seconds nd match the strip to the chart to figure out your level. Overall, I found these strips to be very easy to use and carry.
