I have written about this a few times, but I have a number of chronic medical conditions, most of which are affected by and/or affect my ability to sleep. I also have extremely dry eyes. My doctor once suggested that I find a good sleep mask, and I have tried quite a few since then and have been pretty surprised by the varying quality and effectiveness. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I am pleased to report that it is really helping me.
This sleep mask fits nicely, without feeling too tight or cumbersome, and it is super light and very easy to adjust. I have to confess that it felt a little stiff at first, but it feels much more comfortable after a few nights of using it. The unique thing about this mask is that it comes with a eye mask that you can use with the silk mask or separately. The gel mask is nice because you can heat it in hot water adn use it as a hot compress; just be sure not to put it in the microwave. I like that the set includes two gel packs as a nice touch. This set has really helped me a lot; I do find myself sleeping much better with it and my eyes just feel more comfortable all around. Overall, I think that this is an excellent set at a great price and I highly recommend it!
