I have a number of chronic medical conditions, most of which affect my ability to sleep. I have herniated disks in my back as well as scoliosis and restless legs. These conditions really make it hard for me to find a comfortable position. This pillow is great because I can use it to separate my legs when I sleep on my side, which helps with my back and leg pain. This is really important for me, because when my knees touch, they cause intense pain. The pillow is very comfortable and provides great support. The cooling gel pad is great because I tend to sweat a lot and have hot flashes at night. It keeps me cool while I am sleeping. I also love that the cover is removable and washes well. Overall, I am quite pleased with this find and I recommend it!
