This is a unique wireless mouse; it runs on the large/tall side and does take some getting used to, but after a couple of days, I found it to be very comfortable. I have Carpal Tunnel and have found it to alleviate some of the strain from excessive computer usage. It worked perfectly out of the box without my having to install any extra drivers. I'm not using any of the special buttons as I would never be able to remember what they are for, but it's a nice option to have them. I like the fact that the batteries are included and also love that the mouse isn't too heavy. Overall, I am quite pleased with the quality of this product and I highly recommend it.
