Adjustable Bamboo Shredded Memory Foam Pillow Review

I have a lot of trouble sleeping. I have tried experimenting with different bedding, eye masks, prescription and OTC medications, and other therapies. I have tried just about every type of pillow, but some were too high, some were too low, and others were too hard or soft. I love this bamboo shredded memory foam pillow. I love the fact that this pillow can be adjusted. The zipper on the inside of the pillow is how you access the foam. You can take some foam out to make it lower or add it back in if you find that it is too flat. It’s just super comfortableand it helps me sleep so well.
