Now that our older kids are in school, they are constantly sharpening pencils and I was getting pretty tired of cleaning up the shavings, so I was very pleased to come across this electric automatic pencil sharpener. It sharpens your pencils to a nice fine point and I love that there is an automatic safety lock function function; the pencil sharpener stops operation once the shaving tray is removed. It also stops sharpening once your point is sharp. I feel comfortable having our kids use this and I love that it eliminates the hassle of cleaning up after using a manual sharpener. Overall, I really like this product and I highly recommend it.
