With all of my health and hormonal issues, I am constantly having UTI's and very heavy periods. As you might imagine, this can get very uncomfortable and I often worry about leakage. These panties are great because they are thin but very comfortable, well-made and they provide great protection due to the sewn-in absorbent pads. They held up nicely after washing and there were no threads or anything. The size seems true to fit, but I find that they tend to be a tiny bit large, but that's a good thing for me as I can wear them with additional pads. I also love that you can't really see the seams even when you are wearing tight pants.
