With four kids and two pets, we have done a lot of childproofing over the years. We had some safety locks on our kitchen cabinets that my sister wanted now that they are baby proofing their new home, but our locks are a dark brown color to match the shade of our cabinets and my sister's cabinets are white. I was very happy to find these as they are definitely hard for little ones to open and they will match my sister's cabinets beautifully We installed one as a test and found that it was super easy to install; the instructions were clear and easy to follow, and you don't even need any tools as there are no screws. The magnetic design keeps your kids and pets safe in a discreet way that doesn't take away from the aesthetics of your home or mess up your cabinets or drawers. I have to confess that I thought that the white knob looked sort of tacky, but my sister is happy with it, so I have no objections. You can use these for cabinets or drawers in the kitchen, bathroom, or any other room. This pack is priced very affordably and I like that they used 3M tape; I have gotten cheap locks in the past and the adhesives would come off. You do have to be careful as my 4-year old observed me using the key and we caught her trying to use it, so I moved the magnetic key into a higher drawer that she won't be able to get into. I did have a couple of questions about the product, but the manufacturer's customer service was excellent and answered my questions promptly and to my satisfaction. Overall, I'm quite pleased with this product and I highly recommend it.
