I have a lot of trouble sleeping due to insomnia as well as herniated discs in my back and neck. I have tried experimenting with different bedding, eye masks, prescription and OTC medications, and other therapies. I have tried just about every type of pillow, but some were too high, some were too low, and others were too hard or soft. I love this memory foam pillow because it provides the right amount of support and seems to be helping with my neck pain and migraines. It’s just super comfortable and it helps me sleep so well. It is priced very affordably and would make a great gift idea too! I highly recommend it.
