I have written about this a lot, but I have a number of chronic medical conditions including herniated discs, restless legs, widespread and recurring tendonitis, and more. As a result, it's very difficult for me to find a comfortable position to sleep or even just relax in. It is made of high quality foam and the cover is super soft and machine washable. You can put it under your ankles or knees; you can even use it for lumbar support.
