I have written about this a few times, but I have a number of chronic medical conditions, most of which affect my ability to sleep. My doctor suggested that I find a good sleep mask, and I have tried quite a few during the past year, but I wanted one that was even softer and that blocked more light, so I was ready and willing to try this product. I have been using it for a couple of weeks now and I like it very much.
The sleep mask fits nicely, without feeling too tight or cumbersome, and it is super light and very easy to adjust. This sleep mask also has headphones built into them; they sound good and help you block out outside noise. The foam that is built in over the sound disks are effective in that I don't feel them at all. This mask has really helped me a lot; I do find myself sleeping much better with it as it keeps the light out completely.Overall, I think that this is an excellent mask at a great price and I highly recommend it!
