I am super picky about the food we feed our pets. There are so many horror stories and reports in the news about unethical companies and pet food recalls. Our dog has always liked Stewart freeze dried chicken and turkey liver treats, and I have done reviews of their other flavors here. These treats are great; they are made in the USA without additives or preservatives in a USDA inspection facility so I feel good about giving these to our dog. I love that there is only one ingredient; I don't have to sit there and stare at a huge list of scary-sounding ingredients, wondering whether they are safe for him. He loves them, so we are both happy. I often take any crumbs or the powder leftover in the container and sprinkle it over his food when he refuses to eat something. Overall, I am absolutely delighted with the quality of this product and I highly recommend it.
