I have wanted to learn to make sushi (or rolls rather) for as long as I remember. My mom is great at it and I have wanted to learn, but I know that I would just end up arguing with her if she tried to teach me. As a result, I was thrilled to find this set. It did take me a bit to get the hang of it, but the instructions are very clearly labeled (and they include photos!). I had a lot of fun with this kit and the rolls came out pretty good. I am going to use the heart shaped set next! Overall, I think that this is an excellent, high quality product and I highly recommend it.
