My doctor recommended that I get a pulse oximeter last year, and I learned that these are used to check pulse rates and blood oxygen saturation levels. I have tried a few of these now, but I wanted to find a good one to get for my very close friend. She recently got her first job as a home infusion nurse, and she had mentioned wanting one like mine when she saw the one that I have. I have tried other products from this manufacturer and have always been pleased with the quality and affordability of their products, so I had a feeling that this would be a good one.
This oximeter comes with a nice carrying/storage case as well as a neck/wrist cord. I was also pleasantly surprised that the batteries required were included and that the oximeter is very easy to use. The screen is easy to read and the oximeter is very compact. It is also sturdy and well made at the same time. The auto power-off function turns it off automatically after ten seconds and is an added bonus. I find this oximeter to be very reasonably priced, so I think that it’s a great choice overall.
