I have written about this a lot on here, but my dad and I both have a lot of chronic back problems and I was very happy when I got similar orthopedic seat cushions from the same manufacturer for us to use in our cars. Well, my mom just bought a car a few weeks ago and we wanted to get another one to keep in her car and were so happy when we found this one. This seat cushion is great because it offers great support and relieves pressure on your lower back, tailbone and coccyx while also keeping your bum warm and toasty! The cushion is very comfortable to sit on and is light enough to travel with. One size fits all so anyone can use it and the heating function works great; the attached USB cable plugs right into the USB port in my mom's new car. The cushion is made of memory foam and the cover is hypoallergenic and dust mite resistant. Overall, I am quite pleased with this find and I highly recommend it!
