I have written about this a few times, but I have a number of chronic medical conditions, most of
which are affected by and/or affect my ability to sleep. My doctor once suggested that I find a good
sleep
mask, and I have tried quite a few since then, but I really wanted to try this one when I found it online. I have been
using it for a couple of weeks now and I find that it is really helping me.
The 100% pure mulberry sleep mask fits nicely, without feeling too tight or cumbersome, and it is super light and very easy to adjust. The unique thing about this mask is that it comes with a bead pearl gel eye mask that you can use with the silk mask or separately. The gel mask is nice because you can use it hot or cold. I have been using it cold lately as I have had hot flashes and fevers that have been keeping me up. I like that it comes in a pouch that you can use to store or carry the set in and the ear plugs that are included are a nice touch. This set has really helped me a lot; I do find myself sleeping much better with it. Using the gel mask cold is also helping with my undereye bags and puffy eyes. Overall, I think that this is an excellent set at a great price and I highly recommend it!
