I have a lot of muscle and joint problems and my neck is always sore and stiff. I used to go for massages and physical therapy during my lunch breaks, but I have been so busy at work that I just don't have the time. This pillow is great because it allows me to get a heated massage any time and anywhere. The pillow is compact and light enough to make it great for travel. It has four nodes that definitely help you loosen up tight muscles. I also like that it has a DC plug, so I can even use this in the car. Overall, I am quite pleased with this find and I highly recommend it!
