I am a firm believer in the notion that presentation is everything. I love to cook and enjoy making my dishes look pretty. I really like this carrot curler; it works just like a pencil sharpener to help you easily make vegetable flowers. I used it on both carrots and cucumbers and was quite pleased with the results. I did find that it was a little annoying to clean, but overall, I am still pleased with this find and recommend it!
