As someone who has a number of chronic medical conditions, I take A LOT of vitamins and supplements, and I’m very careful about which ones I take or give to my family. This is a great natural vitamin E formula supplement that also has D-Gamma, D-Delta, and D-Beta Tocopherol. My dermatologist and immunologist both recommend that I start taking a good Vitamin E supplement (it's great for hair, skin, and immunity), so I was pleased to find this one as it is very reasonably priced and has a good dosage. I also feel good about taking these supplments since I know that they are manufactured here in the USA; this always makes me feel better about a product. Overall, I think that this is a high quality product that is priced very reasonably and we are very happy with it.
