I have written about this on here quite a few times already, but I have a number of chronic medical conditions, most of which affect my ability to sleep. I have tried a lot of different pillows, mattresses, sheets, and eye masks, as well as sleep machines, etc. but I have yet to find the perfect product, so I was ready and willing to try out this pillow. It seemed ideal for me as I try to listen to relaxation music that my physical therapist uses during our sessions, but I couldn't figure out a good way to listen to the music as earphones or headphones would bother me when I sleep on my side. The wires were also very annoying. I also tried listening to a little portable radio, but the noise would bother my husband, who also has insomnia.
Well, I have been using this music pillow for a couple of weeks now and we like it very much. In fact, I like it so much that we bought three more (as you can see in the screen shot above). The pillow is lower than the ones I am used to, so I was worried at first, but it really does provide great support - whether I am lying on my back or on my side. The mini speakers are mounted inside the memory foam pillow, but I couldn't feel them at all. The cable for the speaker is also inside, but you can pull it out to one side without it bothering you. I did find that with certain music files, the sound was a bit too low, but most of my music files play great and my husband can't hear them at all! Overall, I think that this is an excellent pillow at a great price and I highly recommend it!
