I have a number of chronic medical conditions, including several that affect my legs in general and my knees specifically. These conditions really make it hard for me to exercise. This brace is great because it provides plenty of support, relieves pressure on my knee and I like that it has an open patella because it is easier to move in and also a tad cooler (which is great in this hot weather). I keep it on while I am having my physical therapy sessions and while I am exercising. It was very easy to put on/take off and adjust the size of this brace. Overall, I am quite pleased with this find and I recommend it!
