I am really pleased with these gel insoles. I have written about this before, but I have inherited flat feet and a lot of general foot pain from my dad, so I often use insoles and inserts in my shoes. I needed a pair for some shoes that I got recently, so I was very excited to try these. I was initially skeptical about these because they were thicker than I usually like my insoles to be, but I found them to be very comfortable and light. I have worn them in my boots and in my sneakers and they work really well; they provide good support and relieve pressure. I do have to say that they are a little too thick to use with some of my shoes, but they are great for the shoes that they do fit in. Overall, I’m very pleased with this find and highly recommend it!
