I have struggled with Carpal Tunnel for a long time, so I'm very interested in ergonomic tools and products that can protect my health. Between my regular full-time job and my extra activities with writing, etc., I spend about 12+ hours working on computers each day, so it's important that I protect my wrists, back and eyes. This is a great keyboard wrist pad that keeps your palm supported and protects from conditions like carpal tunnel. The wrist pad is very well made; it is made of foam and has a non-skid back that keeps it from moving around. I also really like the mouse pad that is included; both products have helped make working much more comfortable for me. Overall, I am quite pleased with this find and I highly recommend it!
