We recently installed one ceiling fan in our kitchen and were looking to get another one for our master bedroom. I was a little sad because the fan that we wanted to get didn't come with a remote control, but then my husband suggested that we find a universal remote control so we could still get the fan we liked. I was a little skeptical as I had had bad experiences with universal remote controls for televisions in the past. Fortunately, this Pecham universal ceiling fan remote control works great. The installation did require some work, but it was easier and faster than I had expected it to be. The remote itself looks durable and is comfortable to hold/use. I also like the fact that it comes with a little holder that we mounted next to our bed. The battery is included as a nice touch. I was a little disappointed that it doesn't work with CFL light bulbs, but we don't use this light for all that long every day, so it's not really an issue for us.
Overall, I’m very happy with this find and I highly recommend it. This is a great product that is priced very affordably.
