One cause that I care a lot about is ADHD. My nephew, niece, goddaughter and godson all have ADD and I have been struggling with it myself for decades. I also work with quite a few students with ADHD. I know that fidget toys are a huge fad right now, but I have been familiar with such toys and stress relief tools for a long time. This particular fidget toy is great because it is very simple and discreet. It doesn't have all the doodads and special functions that you often see with trendy fidget spinners, but I like this better as it is less distracting and much more discreet. It is oddly soothing and I have found that it is very effective at relieving my ADHD and anxiety symptoms. I found that I really enjoy using it. Overall, I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it.
