This is the third bottle warmer and sterilizer that we have had (we have four kids with a few years between them) but this is the best one that we have found. It is very easy to use as it; I like that you can use it for both breast milk and formula. We have mostly been using the "Gentle Warm" setting and it does have an automatic shut off feature although you may not realize it (it will just shut off automatically if it runs out of water or overheats). It doesn't take too long to warm a bottle, and it is very safe to use. Overall, I am very pleased with this find and highly recommend it.
